2007 Kingsbury Alumni Association Golf Tournament
& FUNdraiser/Reunion Registration Form EARLY PAY Discount (Pay by June 1st): $85 per golfer, or $340 per foursome; includes green fees, cart rental, drinks, AND the Fundraiser/Reunion for you & your spouse/date after the tournament. NOTE: After the June 1st deadline, the WALK-UP fee is $100 per golfer.

If NOT playing golf, the cost to attend ONLY the Fundraiser/Reunion after the tournament is $25 per person (includes a Bar-B-Q buffet and entertainment by Eddie Harrison and our own Debbie (Teal '67) Jamison). A cash bar will be available. The Food & Fun begins at 7:00pm. A photographer will be available for an extra charge. All profits go to the KHS Alumni Association Scholarship Fund for KHS alumni and family. Dress Code for the Golf Tournament: MEN: Collared shirts and Bermuda length shorts are required at all times. Denim jeans, tank tops, t-shirts, tennis shoes and cut-off shorts are not allowed. LADIES: Round neck or collared shirts and Bermuda length shorts are required at all times. Denim jeans, tank tops, t-shirts, tennis shoes and cut-off shorts are not allowed. ATTENTION ! SPIKELESS golf shoes are required for this course !
